“I loved that Christina has knowledge about art therapy and working with art therapists because she was able to tune into the needs of a niche field”

“The thing that I feel I was struggling with the most was understanding my brand vision and purpose and committing to one style that felt right for me.

Trying to build up a brand with no marketing, branding or social media experience is difficult when you really just want to focus on your work with your clients.

I loved that Christina has knowledge about art therapy and working with art therapists because she was able to tune into the needs of a niche field.

Christina was so thorough and noticed things about my brand that I wasn’t noticing and was able to give a perspective from her experience as a branding expert. The way that she outlined the difference between my brands vision, purpose, values, etc. I believe is really going to help me connect with how I want to approach my work and the people I would like to work with.

I feel like I have direction, I knew that something wasn’t working for me the way I was approaching my brand, but I wasn’t able to figure out what it was. I feel excited and full of new ideas for approaching my work.

Christina is very friendly and empathetic who also has a clear passion for mental health advocacy which is amazing because you are working with someone who understands what kind of work you do. Thanks Christina!”

“Christina had a clear path for us from the beginning. She handed me the paddle and paddled along side me, listening to where I wanted to go.”

“My brand…. didn’t exist?!? Haha – there were few cohesive visuals, and I wasn’t sure what story I was telling and to whom!

I just felt lost, like a boat without a paddle. I was putting in lots of effort and getting unclear results.

Christina had a clear path for us from the beginning. She handed me the paddle and paddled along side me, listening to where I wanted to go.

When I saw the stylescapes she had designed for me, I was like “Wow, she gets me! And if she can get what I’m aiming for based on what I’ve told her and put it together into something that visually captures who I am so well, then that means with her help I can communicate my brand to others as well!”

It feels like a great outfit that fits just right and brings out your personality perfectly. It makes you feel cool and noteworthy!

Christina’s a great listener with great taste, an intuitive sense of style and creativity.”

“Christina has analyzed my counselling/art therapy practice from every angle including my values, vision and purpose and all the visual and written content that are connected to my online and print content.”

“Engaging in a brand audit has been a game changer. Christina has analyzed my counselling/art therapy practice from every angle including my values, vision and purpose and all the visual and written content that are connected to my online and print content.

She did extensive research, including other potential competitors in my market. The resulting session, recording and the audit document will be my guide as I launch and grow my practice.

I will be using her other branding services to help me deliver my message and ultimately grow my practice in a focused and intentional way.”

“Once we established my branding position statement, I felt like I solved the problem of what my niche was going to be”

“I didn’t know my niche, I didn’t have a logo (which I really needed) and a “look” (colours, style, etc). I felt very lost. The discovery workshop. Once we established my branding position statement, I felt like I solved the problem of what my niche was going to be. I felt a sense of relief afterwards. I feel a sense of relief and excitement.

“I’m actually telling people I’m starting a small business! I went from ‘I’m thinking about starting my own coaching business’ to ‘I’m working on my small business, Metartmorphosis!’ I feel like I have a real vision now and a direction for where I’m headed. It’s made me motivated to move faster and within a week, I created a calendar for myself of my business goals we had brainstormed together.”

“I didn’t have a clue about what branding even was, how to create branding for myself, or how much went into the branding of a coaching business. I needed someone to walk me through it step by step because I was OVERWHELMED looking up information on the internet.

When I was in the initial stages of trying to figure out what “branding” meant, I was reading vague business articles that seemed to mainly apply to bigger businesses and I didn’t want to continue to look for general internet advice. I found some helpful YouTube videos about branding, but they didn’t seem to fit me (and I had so many newbie questions I couldn’t ask a YouTube video).

I felt like Christina understood the struggles of a single individual trying to start up their own small online business. I also loved she works with art therapists, and even though I’m a creative play coach, I felt like it was super close to the kind of niche I was entering. Christina also provided a step by step process every day to walk me through the branding process. I couldn’t have done it alone!!!

The moment I saw all of Christina’s Day 0 Homework, I knew I was finally going to have a plan- something I DREAD making on my own with every fiber of my being. I felt like I was finally moving somewhere in the right direction and that I had a set of real, concrete visuals that I could use to help me set up my future!

I’m actually telling people I’m starting a small business! I went from “I’m thinking about starting my own coaching business” to “I’m working on my small business, Metartmorphosis!” I feel like I have a real vision now and a direction for where I’m headed. It’s made me motivated to move faster and within a week, I created a calendar for myself of my business goals we had brainstormed together.

Christina is one of the kindest humans I’ve ever met- so professional and easy to talk to (sorry Christina for talking so much, I couldn’t help it!). I feel like I made a true friend! She is the queen of organization.

I got my mood board together for my visuals, my logo and colors finished on my brand hub on Canva, I bought my website domain name, got a website started on Sharespace, and I have the next 6 months planned for my business goals. I couldn’t be more grateful!

I had no idea how hard it would be to try and do this by myself so I’m super grateful Christina was the first place I started rather than waiting!!

Christina was so on top of everything, I couldn’t even believe it. I got an email with a google drive folder of all of the items we would be working with throughout the workshop and I got to read ahead and get started on the Day 0 Homework, which really helped me brainstorm before we met on each area. I’m so grateful I was able to brainstorm ahead of time so I could show up feeling more prepared!!

I had so much fun doing this workshop and I’m so glad I get to have my little workbook at the end. I reference it constantly and I feel so official now!”

“It was very intuitive and focusing on what felt good to me instead of what I think will work because I’ve seen it work for others.”

I had no ideal client, or niche. I just kept going in circles I would have an ideas of a niche and ideal client but I just did not feel authentic with what I was choosing. It was very intuitive and focusing on what felt good to me instead of what I think will work because I’ve seen it work for others. It was a relief to have someone to bounce ideas off of and the person is familiar with the field of work. I felt ready to get back to building my business and brand. It feels great. I have been getting into the swing of creating more valuable content in a way that works for me. The most valuable aspects was learning how all the pieces fit together to create a brand and make it cohesive. The activities were relevant and anything that I did not understand Christina would explain and give me an example. I was the most impressed by this part of the workshop and was really happy I got some great ideas out of it! I have more engagement on TikTok. I love that Christina took her time throughout the whole process. There was no rushing on any aspect of the experience.
